Privacy policy

Who we are

retainingwallsbunbury.com.au is operated by Foresight Innovation Pty Ltd (ABN 47 632 426 549). We run a referral and quote-matching service. We are not the business that does the work, and we do not do retaining wall work ourselves.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and (if you give it) email address
• Your suburb or postcode and the details of the job you want quoted in Bunbury
• Technical data such as device type, pages viewed and how you arrived (through analytics tools)
• Call details if you phone the number on this site (such as the time of the call and the caller number)

How we use it

• To pass your request to independent local businesses so they can contact you about a quote
• To follow up if your request needs more detail
• To measure and improve this website
• To meet legal obligations and keep records

Who we share it with

When you submit the form, you agree that we may share your details with independent local businesses that may be able to help with your job. They handle your details under their own privacy policies. We may also share data with service providers who host this site, process calls or provide analytics. If no local business is available for your area yet, your request is held by us and not passed on until one is.

Marketing

We do not sell your details to third parties for unrelated marketing. We will only contact you about your request, unless you tell us otherwise.

Access and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at foresightinnovationptyltd@gmail.com. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
